We process all orders within 1-2 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx

Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50 via EMS

International Shipping

We ship worldwide (excluding some Asian regions and remote areas). International customers may be responsible for customs fees, which are not included in shipping costs.

Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy Overview

  • Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
  • Condition: Items must be unused with original tags and packaging
  • Non-Returnable Items:
    • Bits (for hygiene reasons)
    • Used saddle pads (must be in original packaging)
    • Personalized or custom-made equipment

How to Return an Item

Step 1: Contact Our Rider-Support Team

Email [email protected] within 15 days with:

  • Your order number
  • Item(s) for return/exchange
  • Reason for return
  • Preference for refund or exchange

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

We’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions within 24-48 hours. Returns without an RMA cannot be processed.

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return

Securely package the item(s) with all original tags and packaging. Include a copy of your order confirmation and ship to:

Step 4: Return Processing

We inspect returns within 3-5 business days of receipt. You’ll receive email confirmation when processed.

Refund Information

  • Method: Refunds are issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Timing:
    • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days after processing
    • PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Exchange Policy

  • For size or color exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once the return is received
  • Price differences:
    • More expensive replacement: You’ll be invoiced for the difference
    • Less expensive replacement: We’ll refund the difference
  • We cover standard shipping costs for replacement items

International Returns

Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Damaged or Defective Items
